- Be great, not late! For safety reasons, we lock the doors at the start of each session
- Bring a water bottle and a towel — we’ll handle the rest
- Expect text communications from your gym with scheduling and updates
- Download the app to manage your class schedule, track progress, and stay connected
Arriving at Your First Class
What to Expect
- A personal meet and greet from your coach
- A walkthrough of the session format, interval breakdown, and movement demonstrations
- A structured warm-up designed to match the workout demands
- A 45-minute workout that’s strength-based, blending resistance training, HIIT, and functional conditioning
- Two coaches in every session to ensure proper form and motivation
