She takes a holistic approach to fitness, combining strength training through functional movements, nutrition, supplemental health, mindset, and lifestyle.
She recognized early that the biggest threat to health isn’t a lack of knowledge, but the hustle of everyday life — raising children, managing responsibilities, and finding time for yourself. She made a conscious decision to prioritize health, choosing discipline over convenience and consistency over perfection.
